Coming from Saarbrücken:
A620, exit Brebach-Fechingen direction Kleinblittersdorf/Sarreguemines. Keep following the signs for Saarland Therme.
Coming from France:
A4, exit Sarreguemines direction Sarreguemines. At the 3rd roundabout continue on the N61 towards Grosbliederstroff. Take the exit Saarbrücken/Kleinblittersdorf and at the next roundabout take the first exit. Follow the signs for Kleinblittersdorf. You will cross the Saar and come to a roundabout. Take the first exit direction Saarland Therme. Continue to follow the signs for Saarland Therme.
