Key, Check in / Check out

You will receive your booking code by post or e-mail before your arrival. With this code you can open the key box and take out your house key.

Check in from 4 p.m. – You can open the key box around the clock until your departure.

Check out by 11 a.m. – Don’t forget: Please insert the key into the mailbox at the reception!

Reception is staffed from 4 – 6 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday. We are personally available for your questions and requests.
We wish you a relaxed journey to the Biosphere Bliesgau.

Your ‘natural abode’ has the following facilities:

• Security door (with a remarkable locking mechanism) see description: PDF-File)
• Air conditioning (switches off after 2 minutes when the door and/or window are opened and switches on again 2 minutes after closing the door and/or window)
• Towel heater (after switching on it takes approx. 15 minutes to reach full power)
• Underfloor heating (only gives off excess heat)
• Dimmer for room lighting, please hold down the switch for 4 seconds. Simply press again to switch off.
• The bath fan switches on with the bath light and continues to run for 2 minutes after the light has been turned off before switching off.

• SAT – TV and sound system

FAQ’s – questions & answers:

Why should I come to the glamping resort?
Our resort is located in the most exciting region of Europe. The border triangle has always been a plaything for the most diverse forces of the world. It has developed its own culture and way of life. We are equipped with the best hiking and cycling trails in Germany and our cuisine is strongly influenced by the proximity of France and Luxembourg. This is expressed among other things by the abundance of both restaurants and star awards for cuisine.

How can I breakfast at your place?

Coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and refrigerator are available. You can choose from several options for breakfast:

• You are a self-catering guest and bring everything with you. Cutlery and crockery are provided.
• If something is missing, you can buy food in our Regiomat (approx. 30 regional products). There are two shopping centres 2 km and 3 km away.
• Our Bliesgau barn offers a copious breakfast..
• • If you would like to have breakfast in the house, you can pick up your pre-ordered breakfast from the Bleisgau Barn, or
  also have the breakfast brought to your house for an additional charge.

Can I bring my dog?
Your dog is very welcome. The accommodation price is € 10 without food. We are happy to give you tips for nice walks.

Do I have WLAN in the natural hotel room?
Our resort has the best possible coverage with a high bandwidth. This service is completely free for you.

How do I get the best price?
You will always get the best possible price for your stay in our resort by using the booking tool on our homepage.

Can I do sport and fitness activities in the resort?
We have a collaboration with the sports studio Motivitas, situated directly in the Saarland Therme resort (300 m away). There you can train and have a sauna for free. All those who want to skate can do so all year round in the neighbouring Bliesgau adventure park (200 m away).

Can I enter the room earlier or leave it later?
We will be happy to arrange a longer stay in your room, depending on availability. We request that you to clarify this with our reception in advance.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the glamping resort?
You can move into your room from 4 p.m. We ask you to check out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Our glamping houses have adjustable air conditioning. This guarantees the highest level of well-being in both summer and winter.

Is setting up a barbecue permitted?
For safety reasons and fire regulations, no kind of barbecue is permitted in or on any part of the accommodation units without exception.

Occasionally, our e-mails may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder in your mailbox before contacting us.
If you have not received an e-mail, please send us a message stating your booking number. When you call us, please have your booking number ready. We will then send you the confirmation by e-mail again.

Are towels and sheets provided in the apartments?
There are cosy sheets, bed linen and towels.

Are dishes, pots, pans and other cooking utensils provided?
In the breakfast kitchen we have high-quality V&B dishes and cutlery for a copious breakfast or afternoon snack. A hob or microwave is not provided, as we do not want to have cooking in the unit. We have designed the Bliesgau barn for hot meals and wish you a pleasant stay there.

Shopping
On weekdays between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the baker comes to the motorhome park. You can order rolls in advance for Sunday (order on Saturday by 6 pm at the latest at the reception of the park!)
